HTS - "Here To Serve"

HTS means "Here To Serve", and it serves as Zion Baptist Church, Inc.'s litany statement based on Matthew 25:35-36.

"for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me."

Matthew 25:35-36
Why are we here?
We are Here To Serve

Who will we serve?
Our God, Our Christ, Our Fellowman…

What will we do to serve them?
When hungry, we will feed them…
When thirsty, we will give them water to drink…
When a stranger, we will welcome them in…
When naked, we will clothe them…
When sick, we will visit them…
When in prison, we will go to them…

When will we serve them?
From now until Christ returns…

Where will we serve them?
In this sanctuary, in our homes, and in our communities…

How will we be led?
Zion Baptist Church, Inc. is led by the spirit of God to be a soul seeking, loving, caring, and warm church whose ministry nurtures people of all ages through Bible teaching, inspired preaching, and life-giving direction for the building of the Kingdom of God.
